All orders are processed and handled by our warehouse team within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

To provide the best value and eliminate unnecessary retail markups, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in East Asia.

  • Estimated Delivery: 2 to 4 weeks.

We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra for your recovery. That’s why we offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or shipping costs at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ZONTOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your recovery journey every step of the way. Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@zontoo.com. We will conduct a thorough investigation and, if necessary, provide a full refund or a free replacement.
