About

Zontoo makes recovery hardware. Steel, rubber, straps. No apps, no subscriptions, no promises a physio wouldn’t make.

Why this exists

Zontoo started in a gym, not in a boardroom. The founder lifts. And the first thing to quit was never the back or the legs — it was the hands. Grip gave out three reps before the muscle it was supposed to be holding on to. Sets ended early. Progress stalled at the wrists.

Then came the part nobody posts about. A wrist that ached for weeks. A lower back tweaked on a pull that should have been routine. Training was supposed to make life better, and instead there were mornings when opening a jar or getting through a shift on your feet felt like work.

That is the strange arithmetic of the gym: you go to get healthier, and one careless rep can cost you months of feeling normal. When nothing hurts, you don’t think about your body at all. When something does, you think about nothing else.

What we build for

Two moments. The everyday one — the small, boring maintenance that keeps forearms, wrists and knees ready for the next session, so the weak link stops being the weak link. And the bad one — when something already hurts and you want to get back to normal life fast, without a waiting room or a gadget that needs charging.

So every tool has to pass the same test: does it earn a spot in the gym bag, and does it get used on the day it’s meant for — the roller on pull day, the scraper the morning after, the sleeve on squat day? The first one was a wrist roller, because grip was the first thing to fail. Everything since — the scraper, the knee sleeve — follows the same rule.

What we don’t do

We don’t claim to cure anything. Our tools are training and recovery gear, not medical devices — if you are injured, talk to a professional first. We don’t run fake countdown timers. We don’t ask you to ship anything back: if a tool doesn’t work for you, one photo and it’s refunded.
