Make the inhale hard on purpose. A dial adds resistance to the breath in, the same way a band adds resistance to a pull.
What it is
A small handheld trainer you breathe through. The dial changes how much resistance the inhale meets, so you can start easy and turn it up over weeks.
Spec
- Adjustable resistance dial
- Detachable mouthpiece, rinses clean
- Green, fits a jacket pocket
- No batteries
How it's used
- Set the dial to the lowest resistance to start.
- Sit upright. Breathe in through it slowly, out through the nose.
- Ten breaths. Turn the dial up when ten stops being hard.
Not a medical device. If you are injured, talk to a professional before adding any tool to your routine.
