What it is
A pair of elastic wrist wraps for bench, overhead press and front squats. Thumb loop holds the start point, the hook-and-loop strip locks the tension where you set it.

How it's used
- Loop the thumb, start the wrap just below the wrist joint.
- Wrap upward over the joint, pull tight on the last turn, lock the strip.
