What stage can you hold? Push it on, circle your wrist, and watch the light climb through five stages as the rotor speeds up. The faster it spins, the harder it pulls. The light keeps score.
What you get
- Self-starting gyro ball with a metal rotor core
- Five-stage LED: the color changes as speed climbs (maker rating: about 2,000 to 10,000 RPM)
- Wrist strap and storage box
- Free 30-Day Forearm Challenge: printable plan and log sheet (open it here). The download link also comes with your order confirmation email
Why lifters use it
If your grip gives out before your back does on heavy pulls, this is five minutes of forearm and wrist work you can do anywhere. Use it on rest days or as a finisher after pull day.
The 30-day challenge
- Week 1: 3 rounds x 30 s each hand. Reach Stage 2.
- Week 2: 3 rounds x 45 s. Hold Stage 3 for a full round.
- Week 3: 4 rounds x 60 s. Touch Stage 4.
- Week 4: 4 rounds x 60 s + one max round. Stay in Stage 4 or higher.
- Day 30 test: how long can you hold Stage 5?
Spec
- About 2.8 in wide, 2.2 in tall (7 x 5.5 cm). Fits one hand
- About 2.8 in (7 cm) across
- Self-starting: push the rotor with both thumbs, no cord to pull

How it's used
