What's in the kit
- Peanut Ball ($26) — double-ball roller, sits either side of the spine
- Massage Cone ($29) — suction mount for tile, glass or smooth walls
- Steel Scraper ($49) — 316 stainless, curved and flat edges
How it's used
- Upper back. Lie on the peanut ball, one ball each side of the spine. Small rolls, 60 seconds.
- Shoulders. Stick the cone to the wall at shoulder height, lean in, move slowly. 60 seconds each side.
- Forearms and traps. Scraper with lotion, light pressure, long strokes one direction.
